Spotlight on … Find it! Advanced features

Have you ever followed the link to Advanced on a Find it! page? If your answer is “No”, then you’re missing out on some potentially very useful options. Curious? Then follow this link to the Find It! page for an article published in Animal Biology

You’ll see the standard Find it! options: a link to the journal article, the option to search the MMU and other library catalogues to locate print issues, and some information on how to request an interlibrary loan if MMU doesn’t have the issue you want.

Go ahead: follow the link to Advanced. And you’ll find so much more:
.An option to download the citation to your EndNote library
.An option to create a permanent link to the article – which you might then add to a reading list or a WebCT page
.Options to view bibliometric data about the journal (only available if journal is included in the Journal Citation Reports and/or Scimago services)
.Options to provide feedback to MMU’s Electronic Services Development Team and to link to the library website
.An option to search Google Scholar for related material

Additionally, if the link is at journal rather than article level, you’ll also find:
.Information about and links to related titles: in this case, earlier issues of the journal which were published under the previous title, the Netherlands Journal of Zoology
